All images on the website may differ from actual products as products may slightly change over time. All information provided on this website is used at own risk. You may not use any website material other than for personal use. 2. Delivery Method

We will use either "The Courier Guy" or "Aramex" or any other suitable courier service of our choosing that services the area you reside in. Parcels will only be delivered to physical addresses. No PO Box deliveries will be permitted. No farm/plot deliveries with directions! Please then supply details of someone with a physical address in town that can receive the order on your behalf.

3. Payment methods

Online orders only - We accept payment via Payfast in form of credit card or EFT (electronic funds transfer). Your order will only be prepared once your order has been linked to the payment received via Payfast and released to dispatch. Please ensure you use the reference nr umber supplied by Payfast as to enable them to link the payment with the order placed. 

 4. Items out of stock

The online shop does not allow the placing of orders if out of stock.

 5. Return of order or items

If you return your ordered products within 7 days to us, in the same condition as it was sent and in the same packaging, we will refund you the item order value, less  delivery/transport after receipt of the product. 

Due to the nature of some of our products, we can unfortunately not provide you with refunds on the following products; 

1. Cultures 

2. Molds

3. Rennet

4. Sachets containing cultures

5. Kits containing cultures or rennet or both

6. Lactase Enzyme 

  6. Warranty claims 

If the equipment bought from A Living Way CC is faulty due to bad workmanship or material, A Living Way CC will either replace or repair your equipment, at our discretion.
