Your order shipment and pick-up
Pick-up orders can be collected 1 day after order placement (Friday and weekend orders will be carried over to the Monday) from The Office Crew, Twin Palms Centre, Corner of Broadway Blvd and Altena Street, Strand, Western Cape. Monday to Friday after 15h00. Please note this is ONLY a collections point and NOT The Cheese Making Shop.
Orders go out with the courier the day after received but Friday and weekend orders will be carried over to the Monday for shipment. Shipments to main areas should arrive within 72 hours and to outlaying areas within 5-7 working days. Consider this when placing urgent orders. Any delay in delivery due to issues with the courier services, is out of our control.
Courier Fees are R100.00 with Aramex and R180.00 with The Courier Guy.
Please select the courier that you are certain services your area since in the event of your parcel requiring a dedicated special trip to deliver or shipments to and from any remote outlying area, additional charges may be levied by the couriers for your (customers) account.
Remote outlying areas are classified as areas considerably further off-route than normal.
Examples: Very small out of the way towns, Plots, Farms, Game Lodges, Mines, Power Stations, Military Bases, Ports, Harbours, Embassies, Consulates. Should your address fall under these examples it would be best to rather register with an address in a not-so-remote town of someone that can receive the parcel on your behalf.
Or you could arrange for your own courier to collect from our pick-up point in Strand Western Cape - as mentioned above.
