We are taking a break from courses in April with all the holidays, National Champs Cheese Judging and late cancellation of the Cheese Festival(which now has a new date in September 🙂

In May we will have a Hartbeespoortdam, Bryanston and Stellenbosch course again. 10-11 May in Bryanston, 13-14 May in Harties, 25-25 May in Stellenbosch.
